The BERMUDA Weight Bench fits in every room and is perfectly suited for weight training in the comfort of your own home. You can do butterflies, bench presses and leg curls with this weight bench as well as bicep training and rows. With the adjustable backrest, you can train both the upper and lower chest areas. The barbell rest is solid. The special construction means that the weight bench can fold up, saving space for storage. Effective weight training at home is guaranteed with this weight bench.

The Bermuda series from HAMMER provides a sturdy and compact weight bench that allows you to effectively build and define your muscles at home. The Bermuda Weight Bench is the entry-level model in this series and offers extensive, effective weight training thanks to the numerous exercise options.

No matter your training goals, you can build perfect musculature with the HAMMER Bermuda Weight Bench that will strengthen and define your body. By varying the intensity and repetitions, you can control the effects of weight training on your body. If you train with a moderate amount of reps (approx. 8 ヨ 12 repetitions) and moderate weight, then you can effectively build muscle. Your shoulders will grow bigger and a powerful V-shape will emerge. With more reps (approx. 15-25 reps per set) you can train in the strength endurance range. You'll get the best results for fat loss and body definition with this method.

Exercises and training options
You can do all of the important strength exercises with the HAMMER Bermuda Weight Bench thanks to the versatile position options and extensive accessories.

Perfect training for a broad and muscular chest: The universal weight bench with backrest that can be set in four different positions allows numerous exercises for your entire chest musculature. The more upright the backrest when doing bench presses, the more you target your upper chest musculature. A butterfly unit is affixed to the side of the weight bench, enabling you to perfectly define your chest muscles and target the outer parts of the pectoral muscles.

Muscular Legs: The leg curl attachment at the end of the weight bench can also be used in multiple ways. When sitting, the leg curl primarily targets the upper thigh muscles. In order to target the opposite muscles, you can train the rear thigh muscles by lying on your stomach. The same applies for the biceps and upper back muscles, especially the large back muscle called the latissimus. You can target these muscles perfectly with the leg curl extension by doing rowing exercises, providing an ideal balance for chest and triceps training.
