Intensive Exercise options
The Bermuda XT Pro is ideally suited for varied chest exercises. The weight bench is equipped with a barbell holder for bench presses and slanted bench presses. It can be adjusted between 96 and 120 cm, allowing it to be optimally modified for arm length and height. The backrest on the Bermuda XT Pro offers 4 different adjustment settings and provides different exercise angles with which individual muscle groups can be intensely trained. The butterfly exercise is ideal for shaping a broad, muscular chest. You can perfectly do butterfly exercises with the Bermuda XT Pro and primarily work the sides of your chest musculature.
In order to evenly shape your body, you should work all of your muscle groups -even your antagonistic muscles. The back muscles are the counterpart to the chest muscles and can be ideally trained with the latissimus pull. This allows for various lateral pull und rowing variations such as latissimus pull with wide grip or the effective exercise variation "pull to chest" .
Another difference between this model and the basic Bermuda XT model is that the HAMMER Bermuda XT Pro Weight Bench comes with a curling station for effective bicep exercises. The handholds are attached to the leg curl element and allow for controlled sequence of movement with a weight load of up to 50kg.
The leg curl unit can be used in two ways to exercise your legs on the Bermuda XT Pro:
- Exercise the muscles on the front of your thighs while sitting (quadriceps femoris)
- Lay down to exercise the back thigh muscles (ischiocrural muscles)
Of course, you can also do other effective exercises with the barbell (not included in the delivery) and the barbell holder. Squats, neck presses, or deadlifts are easy to do with the HAMMER Bermuda XT Pro .
High load capacity
The Bermuda XT Pro Weight Bench was designed for extra load-bearing capacity and stability. It can hold a total of up to 150 kg (body weight + weights), and if you want to do bench presses, you can place a barbell with a maximum weight of 100 kg in the barbell holder . The leg curler can bear up to max. 50 kg, the butterfly unit up to 30kg per arm.
The 50 x 50 mm steel pipe frame guarantees high stability. It is coated with a scratch-proof powder coating.
Accessories and weights
In addition to the weight bench, you also have the option of purchasing different weight and dumbbell sets such as the „HAMMER 53 kg long and short dumbbell set“ or the „HAMMER 73 kg long and short dumbbell set“. Both sets come with safety clips that secure the weights and ensure safe strength training at home. The chrome-plated barbells have roughened surfaces on the handgrips to ensure that you have a good grip even when your exercise session is intense or if you are using more weights.
The main structure of the Bermuda XT Pro is a sporty silver. The backrest and seat come with 45 mm thick black/red cushions that ensure comfortable and ergonomically optimised exercise sessions.
Thanks to its low weight - 27 kg - you can easily set up the Bermuda XT Weight Bench and move it out of the way once you are done exercising. The weight bench dimensions when set up are 230 x 135 x 134 cm (L x W x H).

In order to stimulate your muscles in the best possible way and to effectively build them up, you should follow the pre-exhaustion principle: you pre-exhaust the muscle you want to exercise with an isolation exercise and then fully exhaust the muscle with a complex exercise. For example, start with the butterfly unit on the HAMMER Bermuda XT Pro Weight Bench in order to pre-exhaust your chest muscle and then execute a bench presses for full exhaustion. The important thing to remember is that you should not take a break between the isolation and the main exercise.
