So-called supersets are ideal for getting the most out of your muscles. The exercise is executed in 2 -5 sets, with no breaks between sets. However, the intensity is lowered step by step until in the end you only have to lift a low amount of weight. Th e sets are always comprised of a maximum number of repetitions, though you should start with a weight that allows for a maximum of 12-15 repetitions. If you are doing bicep curls, for example, start with a 25kg weight, then use a 17.5kg weight, and end with 10kg. You will notice increased tone in your muscles, which will inspire you to continue working out.
